The first step in working together is getting in touch! Fill out this intake form, and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
We’ll book a phone conversation to talk about what you’re looking for and to create a basic project plan. We can provide quick basic sketches, reference designs of past projects, and a rough estimate to get things started.
DESIGN
Once we’ve decided to work together, we’ll create a full design in Pool Studio - a 3D pool design software, provide a complete price out, initiate a contract, collect a deposit, and get going with engineering and permitting.
Time to Complete Initial Design Phase: 6-12 weeks
BUILD
Week 1 - We kick off the first week of the build with a scheduled gid, excavation, forming and steel work, and finish with an inspection.
Week 2 - After the inspection is complete, our team moves on to shooting gunite (a blend of cement, sand, and water) to secure the structure of the pool.
Week 3 - After gunite has cured, next comes backfill and plumbing.
Week 4 - Tile is installed, along with coping and decking (if applicable). Any equipment, such as pool pumps, also gets installed at this time.
Week 5 - Electrical and finalizing equipment installation. Barrier equipment is also installed at this time.
Week 6 - The pool is plastered and filled and monitored for 30 days.
